734CG Floor Model Gas Fryer

Belshaw Adamatic floor model gas fryers are designed to efficiently produce all varieties of cake donut and yeast raised donut. Almost any size and shape of donut (or similar product) can be fried in these adaptable and dependable fryers.

This super-sized open kettle fryer is often found in festivals and fairs making loukoumades (greek ball donuts), as well as making fast work of cake and yeast raised donuts in bakeries and donut shops! The fryer holds up to 40 extra large, or a 54 standard size donuts. The CG model requires an electrical source for electronic ignition and includes an electronic heat controller to keep frying temperature right on target. The FG model runs without electricity, with a thermostat and standing pilot ignition. Each fryer comes with two 33 x 23 inch screens with handles.▪ Compact. The space needed to operate a Belshaw Adamatic 718LCG gas or electric fryer is just 6 feet x 3½ feet (1.8m x 1.1m), including cake donut depositor and open drain tray. Larger models need only slightly increased space allowance.

  • High-temperature shut-off switch set to approximately 450° F (230° C).
  • Stainless steel cabinet, kettle, and drain tray, with sloping surface around fryer kettle.
  • Adjustable, bolt-down legs.
  • Drain tray on right side of fryer (can easily be repositioned on left side).
  • Heavy duty drain and valve with exterior handle for draining shortening.
  • Tall backsplash with exhaust flue.
  • Frame reinforcement for mounting a Belshaw Type B or Type F Cake Donut Depositor, installed on left side (can be moved to right side).
  • Natural Gas and Propane models are available. A conversion kit is available if changeover is needed.
  • 2 high quality nickel plated donut frying screens supplied with handles.
  • ETL certified to NSF-4, ANSI Z83.11-2016, CSA 1.8-2016.
  • Customer is responsible for installation of ventilation hood and/or fire suppression as required by local codes.
  • Customer may need to supply makeup air as required by International Mechanical Code 2015, Chapter 5, Section 508.1.
  • (Optional) Draft inducer kit #734CG-1000, recommended for Propane models, and for Natural Gas above 3,000 feet (915 m) altitude. (For 240V models: #734CG-1001.)
  • (Optional) Submerger screen #734G-1546, recommended for ball shaped donuts and all products that need full frying coverage.
  • ETL certified to NSF-4, ANSI Z83.11a and CSA1.8a.2004. CE models available for European Union and elsewhere.
