The roller can produce between 1000 and 1200 pieces per hour, depending on the weight, which ranges between 25- 150g per piece. The overall construction is made from stainless steel. The feeding belt is made from food-safe textiles. The croissant roller is on castors, so it’s easy to move away after use. The belts are foldable, so the roller takes even less space when not in use.
