Trima Intermediate Proofer Production System (4-6 lines)

Factory Line Proofing System

These Trima Intermediate Proofer Systems are designed to automatically receive dough from a Trima Automatic Bun Divider Rounder: KE then proof and mold/sheet/stamp your product. The systems are modular and can be configured to suit any requirement.

Designed for quick and easy operation. Hourly output between 4,000 to 7,000 pieces (depending on the # of rows you have chosen to run)

Various types of products can run through the same system: great for molded bread rolls, slit bread rolls, round bread rolls, double bread rolls, baguette rolls, long-rolled products (Ex: hot dog buns), hamburger buns, etc. Can handle wheat dough, mixed wheat dough, rye dough, donuts, and special doughs.

  • Kaiser rolls, cut rolls, and other stamped buns
  • Pre-proofing zone approximately 9 minutes (3 minutes before rolling. 6 minutes before stamping/cutting)
  • Drawing blade with cut depth setting
  • Rotating stamping head (special design stampers available)
  • Cutting unit with height adjustable knives
