Available with 8 or 10 baking trays (40×60 cm or 50×70 cm), in the electrical version (optional to order with burner(Gas or diesel)). Stainless steel structure, front, baking chamber, and steam suction system. Double glazed door. Manual or motorised steam exhaust valve. Powerful, removable, and easy-to-clean steamer. Crossed rockwool panel insulation. High-performance armoured heating elements inserted from the Top or front burner. Hot air circulates evenly in every point of the baking chamber. A suitable amount of high-quality steam Allows baking any type of product, even the most hydrated. Extremely versatile. Its multiple configuration options and reduced dimensions make it ┬ásuitable for many requirements. Ideal as a baking point for shopping centres. Hotels and restaurants. It can be configured in the electrical version with a support for 12 steel trays (fr mini e.St) or with a 16-Trays proofer (fr mini e.Pr). The model with a burner has a 10-trays stainless steel proofer (with Manual or automated power supply). This oven is available with an electromechanical or a programmable digital control panel with Economiser. Three-phase power supply + 230v or 400v neutral. 50 Or 60 hz. Or special voltage upon Request.
