The Esmach Long Loaf Molder: FFBT is designed to produce artisan long loaf French loaves of bread like baguettes, petit-pains, Parisienne, and more and is specially designed to be able to handle loaves with high hydration that require very careful processing. Manually load the pre-cut dough pieces into the machine, which will laminate and roll the dough. It will then deposit the elongated dough onto a belt conveyor for manual loading onto trays. Dough laminating is done through two non-stick cylinders, and the dough is extended using two wool-felt conveyor belts with opposite motions.
