The Esmach Long Loaf Molder: FFBT is designed to produce artisan long loaf french breads like baguettes, petit-pains, parrisiennes, and more. Specially designed to be able to handle loaves with high hydration and that require very careful processing.

Manually load the pre-cut dough pieces into the machine, and it will laminate and roll the dough. It will then deposit the elongated dough onto a felt conveyor for manual loading onto trays. Laminating of dough is done through two non-stick cylinders and dough is extended using two wool-felt conveyor belts with opposite motion.
