Panem proofing cabinets, reach-in versions, are for craft bakers or industrial use. They are designed for proofing from +15°C to +40°C and allow proofing for all kinds of dough—bread, buns, and pastries.

This proofer is very adaptable. It comes in different sizes, and door hinges are reversible.

Thanks to sturdy construction, it has limited corrosion risk. The chamber is stainless steel from the inside, and the outside is pre-enamelled.

This unit is equipped with an electronic thermostat and a mechanical humidistat. The door closer eases closing.

These proofers come in different models and sizes to fit your place perfectly. If your space is limited by ceiling height, this is a solution for you. This retarder proofer can work with 8 feet (2,44 metres). We carry a model which can hold two trays sideways.
