Bassanina Single Rack Oven: Rotor57

A Mid-Sized Professional Oven

This oven is part of Bassanina’s Rotor line series: rotating rack ovens that come with all of the same benefits as EM Bakery’s Best-Selling Rack Ovens, but with a slight twist. Rotor models have a side burner and a heat exchanger on the back, thereby reducing width – traditional for most European-style rack ovens. The Rotor57 model in particular is smaller than a Roller 89 Double Rack Oven, and larger than a FR Compact Single Rack Oven.
