Semi Automatic Divider Rounder

Hydraulic handling machine, with 2 cylinders for the pressing phase and one cylinder for cutting. Control panel with the possibility of adjusting the pressing and opening time of the molding chamber. Rounding is done with a lever. Button for cleaning the knives. Possibility to memorize up to 9 different programs.

Manufacturing

All machines are supplied standard with connection in 400 Volt 50 Hz 3 phases. On request, they can be made with different voltages.

WORK CYCLE
1. insert the plate manually;
2. close the front guard;
3. set the operating times
(pressing, rounding and chamber);
4. press the Start buttons;
5. the machine presses, cuts;
6. activate the rounding lever;
7. open the front guard;
8. remove the plate with the shaped balls.
