This planetary mixer comes in three versions. All three are designed as a countertop and to mix a broad range of dough, batter or creams. They all share the same features as a full metal body and die-cast aluminum. The mixing tool and bowl are lifted manually. The mixer automatically shuts off when the safety guard is opened at any point during mixing. These mixers come with a hook, flat beater and bowl scraper. The smallest one is EMPM007. This model has a 7Qt bowl and ensures perfect mixing results. The mixer is controlled by a digital panel and offers automatic 5-speed. The speed setting is set up for mixing different batters, creams, frosting or egg whites. The body of this mixer is also coated with paint. The mid-size EMPM012 has a 12Qt bowl and digital panel to control. Compared to the smaller model, this one offers a manual 3-speed control. Overall, this spiral mixer shares the same features as its smaller version. The biggest spiral mixer from this trio is EMPM020. This one has a 20Qt bowl, offering manual 3-speed control. Compared to the other ones, on EMPM020 can be mounted meat grinder or vegetable cutter.
