EM offers a variety of slicer profiles, from chute feed with last loaf pusher, counter top to floor model. We also work with industrial slicing manufacturers to integrate slicing and packaging stations for medium to larger sized operating formats. EM does retrofit slicing guards packages for various chute style slicers on demand.

Effective enough for semi-automatic use, but also easy to connect with every type of packaging machine such as the Bagloader HBS with the synchronization system
Slicer HSC-BL
Fully automatic Bun Slicer for baguette, hamburger buns, cakes and rolls. This Bun Slicer is developed to slice the buns and rolls with a bandblade totally through in two or three layers. The slice height can be adjusted with easy settings because of the position scales.
Slicer HSC
Fully automatic Bun Slicer with disc for hinge slicing of buns and rolls. It is possible to slice from the side or the top. The slice depth and height can be individually adjusted with easy settings because of the position scales.
Slicer HSA-2
Fully automatic Band Slicer, for different types of bread to use in a semi or fully automatic line. This bread slicer is manufactured for an company assured approach in the bakery. Continuously rotating band blades, angled to pull the loaves through the blade to give the highest quality slice.
