The Esmach long loaf moulder: FFBT is perfect for making baguettes, petits-pains or Parisienne. It’s specifically designed to handle loaves that are high-hydration that need to be handled with care. Pre-cut dough pieces are manually loaded into the moulder, which then laminates and rolls the dough. The elongated dough is deposited onto a conveyor belt and manually loaded onto trays. The dough laminating process is conducted through two non-pulsating cylinders, with the dough extended using two conveyor belts that move in opposite directions.
