Wider twin to JAC VARIA 800. The only difference from VARIA 800 is an extra 12cm in length. The VARIA 1000 is a high-quality bread-slicing machine designed to make your bakery’s operations more efficient and precise. Advanced slicing technology and user-friendly controls in one package. The slicer is equipped with a touch screen, which comes in two versions, advanced VARIA PRO and more basic VARIA SELF. The PRO version has a user-friendly interface, which allows you to set, the number of slices, thickness and cutting speed. It also has Easymode pre-set for quick pick and cleaning mode. On the other hand, the SELF version has fewer features. The construction is made of stainless steel, except for the cutting blade.
