The smallest depositor from Sandore. Small enough to sit on the counter but enough to produce hundreds of goods. It is suitable for small bakeries and catering to produce sweet and savoury delights. Perfetta has also been manufactured for producing filled biscuits like “Grisbi”, filled gnocchi, rice balls and many more.

Perfetta has four self-lever legs and can be placed on a countertop or can be ordered with a wheeled table.

The construction is made from stainless steel. All parts in the contact of the product, like the cutting unit, are easily disassembled for easy cleaning and maintenance. It’s safe to clean them even in the dishwasher.

Perfeta is perfectly variable in aspects like the variable speed of filling, cutting speed, and the extrusion device.
