The Tekno Stamap Manual Reversible Sheeter: Lam2 is our most popular sheeter. Built from the learnings of over 40 years of Italian manufacturing, this is a simple-to-use, easy-to-clean, and long-lasting sheeter.

A manual sheeter saves a ton of labour rolling pastry dough. Today, a sheeter has become a necessary and standard piece of equipment for many artisan bakers.

This sheeter comes mounted on wheels with stabilizing feet to allow you to easily roll the machine out of the way when not in use. Combined with the ability to raise the conveyor tables into a resting position, this is great for bakeries with tight space requirements.

All electrical components are covered and dough scrapers are easily removed and replaceable, making this unit particularly simple and expedient to clean.

Comes with conveyor belts of either ~50cm (19.5″), ~60cm (23.5″), or ~65cm (25″) widths, and from 70cm (27.5″) to 160cm (63″) long. Floor or countertop models also available.
