This Single Rack oven is a rotating rack oven perfect for locations with reduced space requirements but still requires maximum productivity and roll-in rack capability.

Like all Bassanina rack ovens, its versatility makes it perfect for many needs. This oven is excellent for various small and medium-sized loaves of bread and confectionery products.

Customize the build to suit your reduced space needs. An additional 2-tray electrical deck oven can be added on top of the oven for expanded baking capacity; alternatively, a 12-tray proofer can be added on top of it.
