This electric pizza deck oven is designed to produce high-quality pizza. The cordierite stone surface allows perfectly and evenly baked crust. Manual steam vents allow you to extract unwanted moisture. An integrated cooling fan allows you to maintain a stable temperature.

The digital control panel allows you to control essential features in the oven. Control top and bottom elements independently; set a time for the oven to turn on the next day; create recipes for different style pizzas; and its revolutionary heat recovery systems never let you down – if the temperature decreases, the sensor re-circulates the heat to allow a consistent and even bake.
