This feature allows you to use one side to prepare dirty pans and the other for when the clean pans come out. This prevents and minimizes cross-contamination. Pan washer CL10 uses brass wash hubs and two rotating stainless steel spray arms. These blast away all the dirt from the pans. Follows with hot water sanitizing rinse for a thorough wash.
