Panem retarding proofing cabinet, reach-in version, for craft bakers or industrial use. They are designed for proofing from +15°C to +40°C and allow proofing for all kinds of dough- bread, buns, and pastries.

This retarder proofer is very adaptable, comes in different sizes, and door hinges are reversible.

Thanks to sturdy construction, it has limited corrosion risk. The chamber is stainless steel from the inside, and the outside is pre-enamelled.

This unit is equipped with an electronic thermostat and a mechanic humidistat. The closing is eased by the door closer.

These proofers come in different models and sizes to fit your place perfectly. If your space is limited by ceiling height, this is a solution for you.
