THE DEVICE
The manual loader SPM100 is a device planned and constructed to assist the baker in his daily job; it can be used on any type of fixed level oven and it is suitable for low – medium production volumes.

FEATURES
The device, in standard version, with frame 3500 mm x 580 mm and intended for use in a single oven, from one to four chambers, has the following functions:
–  Manual loading, assisted by a counterbalance, with mechanical stop at the chosen height
–  Manual placing in the oven
–  Manual lateral transfer, directed by an upper mono wheel rut and a floor one.
