The outside materials are made of stainless steel, and the inside walls are plated with aluminum sheets. The cooking surface is made of high-temperature Cordierite, and the oven has a halogen lamp for easy product viewing.

Precise temperature control ensures a crispy crust, melted cheese, and bake to your exact preferences. This pizza oven allows you to independently set each deck’s top and bottom temperatures.

Available in different sizes – choose the one that suits your needs best. Modular and capable of being installed through a standard door.
