A four-row automatic bread dough moulder is designed to work efficiently with bread dough. Sturdy stainless steel construction with anti-corrosive epoxy coating. It’s equipped with castors for easy moving. On the side of the bread moulder are two levers for adjusting laminating thickness. The loading conveyor is prearranged to work great in combo with the Esmach Automatic Intermediate Proofer ECP.
